How to get out of body judgment for good

In the following article tell you the truth that no one tells you.  I discuss why you have the body judgment and body image you do. I give you effective tools climb out of the matrix of body judgment.

The Truth That No One Tells You

Most people don’t want to hear it.  They are dependent on the matrix system to tell them everything they know.  They do not desire to look at the truth.  If this is you, stop reading.  This is the wrong blog post.  However, if you have been aware that there is more that is going on than meets the eye, or if you are aware that something  is off, I invite you to read on.  You are about to be given the keys to unlock, unravel, and erase a tremendous limitation.  Our world is living with tremendous amount of lies about bodies and has for millenia. In order to understand why you have the body you do and what you can do about it your negative body image, I need to give you some important information.  Only read this if you want the truth.  Let’s begin with the truth no one tells you, discussed in the next six paragraphs.

When two or more people agree with a point of view, that creates an energy for that thing to be actualized.  A culture, for instance, holds the points of views that a group of people have taken on and made real, vital, valuable, and true.  For instance,  bring to mind a culture, a country, a religion, or group of people, such as your family.  What rules, guidelines, attitudes, and beliefs, both spoken, and spoken, exist within that group?  What did they decide or conclude about life?  These beliefs can be anywhere along the spectrum of benign to dangerous.

These beliefs can be widespread.  For example, a widespread, albeit benign cross-cultural belief is the idea of Santa Claus.  Beliefs can be unique to a given culture. For instance, an unusual view from the religion of mormonism that I was raised in, is that baptizing the dead into the mormon church is important.  This is done so that beings who have died can have more truth and attain the highest degree of glory in heaven.  Practicing mormons believe that those people just didn’t get a chance to hear the truth in their lifetime, and that those people will be grateful to be given the truth through baptism by proxy, which is done in their temples.

These beliefs, ideas, judgments, attitudes, and fixed points of views are usually passed down from generation to generation in perpetuity until a big change maker shows up and shakes things loose. For example, Jeshua Ben Josef, Martin Luther, Ghandi, and Susan B. Anthony easily come to mind.  What other change makers come to mind?  These people have usually endured a great deal of resistance.

The important thing to know about all of this is this.  Some beliefs, judgments, and attitudes have way more ‘charge,’ or polarity attached.  Polarity is has a positive and negative side.  For example, right and wrong, or good and bad.  The more charge a particular judgment has, the greater the density, or solidity, that it holds in the matrix of limited reality that makes up the human world.  The more people that align and agree or resist and react to an idea, an ideology or a belief system, the more they order that into physical their collective reality.  Can you see why we have so many conflicts?  It’s really quite insane.

Whether you see it or not, we all have had a part in creating this limited reality.  Any time you judge, come to a conclusion, or decide something about anything or anyone,  you have just created a polarity and solidified that point of view into your personal reality. That means that for every belief you have, whether you are aware of this belief or not, you necessitate an experience  that aligns with your fixed point of view come into your physical reality.  It must now show up in your world.  This can work for you, as there are positive judgments, conclusions, and decisions.  But more often than not, these “DJC’s” as I call them, will work against you.  How do you move beyond this limited reality?  Would you like to learn to create from a totally new space of possibilities?  Keep reading.

As I stated above, when two or more people align and agree or resist and react to a point of view, judgment, decision, attitude, belief, etc., they limit what can actually show up in their collective reality.   What makes the category of “BODIES” so limited?  It is that most people have very defined, fixed points of views, judgments, and conclusions on just what a body is, and what it is not.

How to move beyond the matrix of body judgment

What have you decided a body is or isn’t?  What have you decided your body is capable of or isn’t?  How do you invite the space of creation to open up to you so that you can create something way way way beyond limited reality?  What would it take to create something different, and extraordinary, with your body?  What do you know is possible with, as, and for bodies?  Would you be willing to claim, own, and acknowledge your awareness?

There are people who do and have done extraordinary things with their bodies.  For example, there are a few people throughout the world who have learned to live on light energy, and not food, for many years.  There are people who can wear just shorts all day in freezing temperatures  There are people who can hold their breath underwater for over 20 minutes.  There are people in their seventies who don’t look old.  I know one personally.   There are people who have survived falls when their parachute didn’t open.  You can read about some of these amazing feats here. 10 Amazing Feats Achieved By Human Beings.

What beliefs, attitudes, judgments, and fixed points of views have you bought from your family before the age of two that contribute to the body you have today?  What points of views about bodies have you bought from religion?  From society?  From the western medical establishment?  Would you like to de-solidify those so that you invite another possibility with, as, and for your body?  What points of views could you chose to function from so that something else could show up? Start with asking, “What is MY reality?”  And then, Listen.

7 TOOLS FOR CHANGE

Below are 7 simple, magical tools from the tool kit I am using known as Access Consciousness®.  You can use any or all of these tools to receive the change you are asking for.  But don’t use them if you aren’t ready for change. You will change!

1 – INTERESTING POINT OF VIEW

What if everything is just an interesting point of view?  Your point of view creates your reality, your reality does not create your point of view.  Bring to mind a judgment you have about your body.  Now, say the following out loud: “Interesting Point Of View I Have This Point Of View.”  Say it a few times.  Now….do you notice anything different?  Pay attention to the sensations you perceive from your body.  Is there a subtle space that has opened up, that may not have been present in your awareness before you asked the question?

2 – Light & Heavy 

The way to begin to tap into your magic begins simply by following and choosing what is light for you.  For instance, you have a choice to make on what school to attend.  Here is how you know what works best for you:  When something is true for you, there are signals sent to you and/or your body.  It will light up your world.  It will bring a sigh of relief to your body. However, if something is a lie, you will pause.  You feel something is off.  It is heavy.  You will sense your world contract.  Do not choose that.

3 – Question


Albert Einstein has said

“If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the answer, I would spend the first 55 minutes figuring out the proper questions to ask. For if I knew the proper questions, I could solve the problem in less than 5 minutes.”

Question everything!  What if it is simply your job to ask, and the universe’s job to deliver? Here are some great questions for starters –

How does it get any better than this?  Ask this question when something good happens, and when something bad happens.

What else is possible?  If you are stuck, with anything, I highly recommend this question.  This question alone has changed my world.

Okay, so the tool is: Who Does This Belong To? Just ask this question for every thought, feeling and emotion you have and if it feels lighter at all, then it’s not yours. And after that, the only thing you have to do is return it to sender.

Easy enough for you? Would you be willing to give it a try? What do you have to lose? All the thoughts, feelings and emotions that are not yours!!! So, if you are brave enough to find out how many of the thoughts, feelings and emotions you are having that are not yours … then take the 3-DAY CHALLENGE!

2. The Challenge

For every thought, feeling and emotion you have during the 3-days ask, “Who Does This Belong To?” then return it all to sender. Don’t bother to find out where it came from—just return it, and see what shows up in your life

One last thing to add about using this particular question as a tool.  If you’ve asked “Who does this belong to?” and the heaviness is still in your world, somewhere you have bought it as yours.  That is where the next tool comes in.  The clearing statement.

5 – Access Bars®

What are The Bars? They are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. The Bars store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money, etc. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named. When I touch the Bars on your head you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life.

How does having my Bars run benefit you? Everyone experiences something different. And every time they have their bars run they experience something different. People have reported that after their Bars session they felt more relaxed, have more energy, slept better than they have in months, have more clarity, depression and anxiety faded, less triggered by certain people or situations, clearing of things not working in their life, improved mental clarity, etc.

6 – START COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR BODY

Your body is a sensorial organ.  It is always perceiving and transmitting information.  Many of us have lost our ability to accurately receive what the body is communicating.  In order to hone in on what your body is saying, ask it questions.  And then, Listen.  The language of the body is different than spoken language.  It can give sensations, pictures, and energetic cues.  Here are four questions you can ask about anything related to your body.

For example, when my small dog ingested some chocolate, I asked these four questions while remaining calm. The mainstream point of view is that chocolate is poison for dogs.  I placed my hands on her abdomen to provide healing body processes.  I listened to the information her body was transmitting to my body.  I knew that I didn’t have to take her to the vet, that everything would be ok.  Everything turned out fine.

A New Spin On An Old Cherokee Proverb: The Tale of Two Wolves – Which One Wins?

There’s an old Cherokee tale in which a Grandfather is talking to his grandson and he says, Grandson, inside each of us are two wolves. And they are at war with each other.  And one wolf is a Dark Wolf.  It’s angry. It’s fearful. It’s feeds on lies of judgment. It feels separate. It’s greedy.  It’s jealous. It’s hateful.  It destroys possibilities and kills magic.  It is cut off from the power of Source energy.  And then there is a light wolf.  It emanates total allowance and exhibits a space of no judgment.  It is kind and generous, caring and benevolent. It chooses bravely and dares to be different.  It trusts that it will be guided by Source.  When it asks, it receives all that it requires from Source. It is in communion with the chaotic elements of the Universe.  It expresses joy.   It follows the nudges of it’s creative consciousness. It is quick to see, know and follow it’s truth. 

And the grandchild looks up at the grandfather and says, “Well which wolf is going to win?” And the grandfather smiles and says, “Whichever you feed.”

which wolf will winInside each of us is a dark wolf and a light wolf.

Anything you see on news media, any heinous acts you see other human beings doing to the world or to each other… inside each of us lies that potentiality.  

One thing that we are not told about how to bring in the light and thwart the dark forces is the following tool I learned from my work with Access Consciousness.  When you resist and react to something you see as “wrong,” the resulting polarity of that which you judge as ‘bad,’ ‘mean,’ ‘awful,’ viscious,’ and ‘terrible,’ sticks you with experiencing more of what you have judged as ‘wrong,’ and do not want.  This also occurs when you align and agree with what you see and judge it as ‘right,’  ‘good,’ ‘perfect,’ and ‘correct.’  And what you feel right about sticks you even more, because you are not as willing to let go of that positive judgment, or polarity.

Think of American politics right now.  It is a insane landmine of fixed points of views of what is right and what is wrong.  If you can’t be the energy of “Interesting Point of View,” with all of the malestrom of fixed points of views, you will be swallowed up.

To put it simply, when you align and agree with a point of view, or when you resist and react to what you are seeing, you actually feed that point of view.  You make it more real.  You lock it into place.  It becomes a solidity in your reality!

How do you get out of the trap of polarity? By being the energy of interesting point of view.  What if everything is just an interesting point of view?  Yes, every point of view.  By being “interesting point of view” and having total allowance, you can undo the solidity of the fixed points of views you’ve locked into place.your-point-of-view-creates-your-reality-reality-does-not-create-your-point-of-view-what-if-you-could-shift-your-point-of-view-so-you-can-have-a-different-reality-dr-dain-heer-1

How do you become the space of total allowance?  By asking the universe to show you what that energy is for you!  One question you can ask is “What energy, space, and consciousness can I be the total allowance and no judgment I truly be?”  When you are in total allowance, you are like the rock in the stream.  Everything that comes at you goes around you.  You can not be washed away.  When you are not functioning from total allowance, all points of views that come at you sweep you up and wash you down river.

Every time somebody comes at you with a strong point of view and you can say, “Ah, interesting point of view,” and be in allowance of it, you have shifted the consciousness of the world because you have not bought it, you have not made it more solid, you have not gone into agreement with it, you have not resisted it, you have not reacted to it, you have not made it reality.  You have allowed reality to shift and change.  Only allowance creates change. 

Let’s ask questions.  Let’s also choose, choose, and choose again, to invoke, instill, and tug in a new consciousness, a quickening of vibration, and light that will allow for us to be sustained on this beautiful planet.

To go back to the Cherokee tale…Realize that at all times you’re feeding one of these two wolves inside of you.

And the one that will win is the one that you feed the most.

What gets expressed and demonstrated in this world is determined by what’s been fed.

Action for today:

Cut out the dark food- sensational news, distracting RSS feeds, mind numbing tv, violent movies – the stuff breeds darkness and fear in your being.

Today feed your light “wolf” by asking Infinite Questions. Ask the following questions:  What energy, space, and consciousness can I be to choose the lightness of me I truly be ? What can I be and do different today to bring me more possibilities right away?  What can I add to my life today to bring to me the world I know is possible?” Trust your awareness.  Act on your impressions to express kindness, generosity, natural joy, etc.

Then start feeding your light wolf with nutritious energies. Ones filled with empowering, inspirational messages like the ones you find on my website.  Share this blog post.

Stop judging what you eat – Coming out of judgment of your food choices

Do you ever get tired of the argument for or against what food to eat or not to eat?  Does your head spin with all the different diet advice out there?  Does trying to be a perfect size leaeve you distressed, discouraged, or at odds with your body?

What if there were a different way that lead to greater ease in and with your body?

I may no be a societaly sanctioned size.  Just recently I am actually OK with my body!  For instance, I used to be stressed out when I went to the gym.  Now, when I go to the gym, I let my belly hang out.  I relax, soften, and expand out my energy to be space.  I don’t make the judgments I perceive around me true about me.  It is just an interesting point of view.  This belly is the same belly that my 2 year old delights in when she exclaims, “You are so squishy, mommy!” She has said this multiple times over the last few months.  This is one reason I am aware I choose to be the size I am.  It is a soft place for my daughter to receive cuddly nurturing.

I am currently a size 16.  And, I have made peace with that, for now.  Because, the old way of judging myself thin wasn’t working.  I yo-you dieted since I was 10 years old up until I became pregnant with my daughter 3 years ago.  It wasn’t until I studied Access Consciousness® tools that I began to reclaim the potency of my awareness amid the afflueva I was aware of constantly around me.  I was constantly trying to make it mine.   I didn’t know it wasn’t mine.  Then I came across the Access tool “Who Does This Belong To?”  I started receiving a greater ease and peace throughout my day, because I recognized 98% of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions were not mine to begin with.  I was merely picking them up from people around me!, like a big psychic receiver.  What I have since come to understand, is that I Be a Space that goes beyond the contracted reality that we have been taught to believe is real since we were very little.  Were you told the way things must be, the way they should be?  Did you choose to absorb the insanity around you?

Choice-a-tarian

Your Body

Your body has its own awareness.  Your body is constantly with you this lifetime.  Wouldn’t a little regard for its’ preferences when it comes to food be called for?  Try this experiment with me.  Ready?  Let’s go!  Acknowledge your body by saying, “I apologize for all the times I wasn’t able to or willing to listen to you.  I am sorry for all the judgments I have made real.  I now clear them.*  Show me how you communicate with me and how I can honor you.  I am willing to give it a go.  What else is possible, sweet body?”  Then, pay attention to any awarenesses you receive.  It can be a moment, or next week that you receive awareness about what your body would like.

Be willing to experiment with eating preferences and times.  Have ice cream for breakfast.  Eat very little.  Stuff your face if required.  Go on a no judgment diet, like Katherine McIntosh suggests.  My 2 year old honors her body.  For example, she ate very little on a day to day basis for the last month.  Then, just yesterday, she at all day long.  We are talking 3 bananas, apple, cheese, protein bars, ice cream, etc!  I could have been worried or concerned if I had been looking at this behavior from society’s nutritional / dieticians’ point of view.  However, I know that my daughter knows precisely what and when she needs to eat.  And I honor her knowing.

One tool I have learned from several certified Access Facilitators is that when you are eating, eat whilst the food tastes orgasmic.  As soon as that sensation is no longer present, that may be a good time to stop eating.  Another tool is to ask questions, and follow the awareness you receive.  For example, you can ask “Body, what would You like to eat?”

Here is another fun tool to experiment with.  When you are out eating at a restaurant, ask your body to show you what it would like eat. Once you have asked, close your eyes.  Then open them and glance at the menu.  The first thing your eyes pop on is usually what your body is asking for!  I have been super pleased with this tool, which has lead to being much more satisfied with the quality of food I am choosing.

The short and sweet of it?  Stop judging what you eat.  Is it time to have allowance for others’ interesting points of views on the subject while not making any of them greater than your awareness for what is true for you?  What if vegetarian, carnivore, vegan, or a-la-carte are all just interesting points of view?  What if you could choose for you, on a moment by moment basis?  For example, my body requires more sugar than the average person.  I have eaten large quantities of sugar.  Am I aware of all the interesting points of views and judgments that others have? Oh yeah.  Just this week I did listen to my body’s signals, however, to go green for a day.  I bought some kale and juice it along with carrots.  It tasted so good!  Juicing is not something I normally do.  Yet, I honored my awareness and my body.  What would change for you when you honor your bodys’ awareness?  Welcome to a different point of view:  I am a choice-a-tarian!  It tastes GOOD!

How would you like a tool in your tool belt that works phenomenally well for when you are upset?  Bring to mind a situation or self judgement that is driving you crazy, that you can’t be at peace with, or that is making you upset.  Now repeat this out loud, “Interesting Point of View I have this point of view.“  Say this as many times as you need until you perceive the energy lightening.  Use this often!  It helps rid yourself of the energetic charge that binds you to the situation that has been bothering you.  It has made a great difference in my life.
